Ok, I've read several of the question & answers pertaining to heel spurs?
but i also have flat feet. I am seeing a podiatrist in a few days but my primary feel I have heel spurs. What would be the BEST shoe/sneaker, etc. to get if you have both flat foot and heel spurs? I'm on my feet a lot and need to find into a regime of walking.but can't seem to do it with my right foot feeling the agency it does.I'm also going to a "function" in a few weeks and won't be able to wear heels since I'm limping like a poor little pooch. No one told me that this aging process have so many drawbacks.if I knew that I would have stayed within my 20's for life! Thanks in advance for your responses
Answers: Heel spurs are a twinge litterly. They are a calcium deposit on the back of your foot bone. I had one under my shoulder blade. They looked-for to shoot it with cortesone but I said no. Then they said they were going to shave an inch off my shoulder. Again I said no. I finally get fed up one day and wildly started flailing my arm surrounded by a circle. It hurt at first then sounded like gravel in within. I must,ve busted off those stelagmites in there but it never bothered me again. Go to Webmd.com and see if they can sustain. Heel agony! I enjoy be limping and starting to consistency for a time spasm contained by my hip. Do you assume I own a heel spur?
