Plantar fasciitus and heel spurs?
i have seen numerous drs., tried anti-inflammatories, ice, orb rolling, laser and massage therapy, stretching etc. and i still have extreme headache and stiffness. i do wear professionally made orthodics, and still no results. any advice...this has been going on over 7 years, it have affected my lifestyle and work ability, i'm desperate!!
