A pregrancy take a lot of calcium out of a womans body, not add toit. she is more apt to have osteoporosis conditions later in life.

That is not a medically proven fact. I don't know who told you this or where you might have read this, but forget about it. All women should keep close watch of their calcium intake and make sure they get enough to prevent osteoporosis. Prevention is the best way to stay healthy and it's easy.
