Does osteoporosis hurt?

I am 48 and my hips and shoulders are unbearably stiff especially before my period. Is this osteoporosis?

more likely this is arthritis. I recommend you see your medical doctor and have a complete examination to find out what you have. Osteoporosis could be developing in your body and there are medications that can stop it from progressing.
