Looking for an over the counter treatment for osteoporosis.?

Answers:
Agree. Calcium supplements may help (and are required as an adjunct to therapy), but if you definitely have osteoporosis, only prescription drugs can help.

There is not an over-the-counter treatment for this. There are supplements that you can buy that (may) help slow the process down or add temporary relief, but don't confuse this with a treatment.

Go see your family physician for professional advice & counseling.
one of the best things that you can do for osteoporosis is to weight-train. walking and aerobics will not do it. You need to peform weight-training. I don't mean just going through the motions, i am talking about progresive weight-training and performing exercises such as "squats" and "dead lifts."
Natural progesterone cream is what you are looking for. Go look up Dr. Lee's book on amazon.com about this issue. Taking natural progesterone cream plus Fosamax is very likely going to cure your osteoporosis over a few years time.

Try taking a couple of tums every day, and eating TOTAL brand cereal, with 100% calcium. That might help.
