Have you found anything that works for osteoporosis besides drugs like Fosamax?
I don't like the idea of Fosamax, but need to do something to increase my bone density. Am quite physically active; don't smoke or drink; don't eat lots of protein; don't drink sodas. This is very disconerting.

fosamax and every other mineral has not helped and shes been on this fosamax for 3 years I think...we have purchased all kinds of pills on line saying they helped to build bone ..but nothing has helped we are beginning to think there is no real way to reverse bone loss
