What are some weight bearing excersizes for osteoporosis?

Walking is a great weight bearing exercise -- also inline or roller skating -- I wouldn't suggest jogging or running -- because of the increased risk of fracture.
walking and other 'body weight" exercise very little, if any, effect on bone density. One of the best exercise that you can do is: squats. Squatting with weight on your back puts pressure on your entire spine, hips, legs... almost the entire body. This pressure will help to stimulate bone growth.

But, don't stop there. You should be performing an extensive weight-training routine to train every muscle group. Training just one body part/muscle group can result in severe muscle imbalances that will cause bone and joint miss alighnment - causing yet more problems.

consult a personal trainer - i would suggest ISSA certified.
