Identify the role of milk in preventing osteoporosis, dental cavities, and problems with lactose intolerance?
Answers:
I have travelled to many countries including many of which have a genetic intolerance to dairy products and my conclusion is you can have great teeth without milk.
We have been brain washed with this milk/calcium idea mainly by the dairy corp in my country and probably the equivalent organisation in yours.
Many people in the world don't drink cows milk and have good teeth. Check it out- travel and see for yourself
There are many causes to osteoporosis not only low calcium. For healthy bone lots of different minerals are involved including magnesium, silica, etc and of course Vit D.
Also osteoporosis can be caused by low testosterone as well as a myriad of other reasons.
milk brings CALCIUM and calcium is an element found in bones and teeth as hydroxyhapatitis. This is what makes your teeth and bones hard. So a lack of calcium means a reduction of strenght in bones and teeth.
Osteoporosis is an illness majoritarely found in women. Its an unbalencement of Osteoclast and Osteoblast activity. Osteoblast destruct bones, and osteoblast create bone. If the destruction is bigger then the creation, then it makes holes in your bones.
Calcium dosnt affect a thing in dental cavities, but when u absord Fluoride, Calcium in your teeth is replaced by Fluoride. FluoroHapatitis is stronger then Hydroxyhapatitis and is less likely to be dessolved by acid. Meaning less cavities. Fluoride is usually found in City water, but not all cities fluorise their water.
Lactose intolerent people are people that cant metabolise milk or they get sick when they drink some. The relation with Calcium is that lactose intolerent people dont drink milk so they dont get Calcium like evryone else.
Hope it answers your questions.
