If I was 5'7 all my life, but lost 2" to osteoporosis, do I use 5"7" or 5'5" when I compute BMI?

Answers:
What you are presently. I used to be 110 that has no bearing on my BMI now. Same thing.

You use what you are not what you were.
What you are now. What you used to be does not matter.
It only makes sense to use the height that you are now. Using your old height wouldn't be any use to you now because you're 2" shorter.
You would use 5'5" what you are now to compute your BMI.
