I have multiple sclerosis, RLS, and osteoporosis. I can't sleep at night and I don't know why.?
Does anyone else with MS have this problem, and if so, what do you do about it. Don't say sleeping pills. I have tried them all and they don't work for me.
Answers:
Use Herbs,, Herbology. I have given many remedies for serious even live threatening ailments and herbs work,, trust me. I just can give you online cause then there will be record of it and I am not a licensed medic.
You will never go wrong with herbs and start to meditate as well. I dont have MS but also cant sleep at night,, sometimes three weeks will by with me having hardly any sleep,, but I prefer it that way,, cause that is when I do my best thinking. But I did use "CHAMOMILE" for a few days once and I started sleeping like a baby,, then I stopped it and my sleeping patterns returned to normal (my normal). It helps you sleep and calms your body and mind,, thats why I used it. But I dont like sleeping straight through the night.

There is a doctor in Las Cruces, NM who is very successful with MS and a host of other maladies. He is a MD but practices natural supplements as well.
Pills are not helping, of course. Look for someone with a background in Naturopathy. My friend's sister was beyond medical help because mercury had gone to her brain and was cauing all kinds of problems. She spent years in the hospital and on medication with NOTHING WORKED!
She is living a normal life today with no setbacks or withdrawals. I do not know whether she is still available but try: Ruth M. Rojo, N.D., Ph.D. (Doctor of Naturopahty)

She is totally awesome and lives somewhere in San Antonio, Texas.
I have MS and I take a drug called Seroquel for it. Seroquel is NOT a sleeping pill, but it is often used for the pupose of helping people sleep. It is not uncommon for people with MS to have trouble sleeping
