none that i know of ..my sister has this affliction. the doctor told her to take calcium in liquid form twice daily with food. and get exercise five to seven times per week. ( the create a sweat kind of exercise )..
osteoporosis is the cumulative break down of bone caused by a lack of calcium .the bones become full of little holes almost looks like lace. this makes it easier for the bones to break under stress.once this damage is done it is not repairable.. the reason for calcium and exercise is to stop further damage.
