Is it true that bathing everyday with very warm water leads to osteoporosis?

Answers:
Nope. Osteoporosis is a nutritional deficiency disorder caused by a chronic calcium deficit, and has nothing to do with water temperatures. A daily soak in very warm water may lead to dry skin, or could potentially be hazardous to folks with heart conditions. (That's why they have those signs near hot tubs advising people with cardiovascular problems to avoid using them.) And of course, don't scald yourself with water that is too warm. But that aside, you should be okay in the bone department.

NO NO NO osteoporosis has nothing to do with bathing only with the strenght of your bones.

KEEP TAKING BATH IS FEELS GOOD
There is no connection between bathing daily in warm water and osteoporosis. None at all.

Osteoporosis is caused by poor calcium adsorption leading to depletion of calcium reserves from the bones. Not from bathing or the temperature of the bath water.
