Calcium supplements of at last 1500mg with added Vitamin D and magnesium
ad dietary calcium ex: milk, cheese, yogurt
Got milk?
Eat right, supplement if necessary, and do weight bearing (IE weightlifting) exercises, the bones respond by becoming thicker.
