Would a pocket coil or completely foam bed be best for a person with osteoporosis and arthritis?

Answers:
Pocket coil, foam alone does not give enough support!
Depending on how much money you want to spend...you can get a foam overlay that's fits on top of your current mattress and will give you pressure relief along with the support of your original mattress.
There is a lot of myths about hard and soft beds with back pain and arthitis and it is different for everyone. The expensive beds do not mean you will have less back pain. Bed height is important in getting in and out of bed for someone with arthritis-not too low or too high. The degree of stiffness or rigidity is very subjective from one person to another. The best thing is to try it out yourself
