Please recommend a good gym. I am 50 and need to lose weight and keep osteoporosis in check with weights.?
Of course, I used to workout at Goodlife in Toronto but then moved to Calgary recently and now have to find a good gym.

although i don't live in your neighbourhood so i can't recommend a good gym. but i can suggest that you do some brisk walking for a start. it does help to lose some weight. i don't recommend running or jogging since you've got osteo.
