At this young age, you probably need to take calcium supplements. It will be hard to get enough from dietary sources to make up your deficiency. Get any type of calcium citrate with vitamin D, and take at least 1 gram daily (usually 2-4 pills). In addition, dairy products (if your diet permits) are an excellent source of bioavailable (digestible/absorbable) calcium. Choose from low-fat milk, yogurt and cheeses.

You can also get calcium-fortified orange juice. Leafy greens contain calcium, but it tends to be bound by plant fiber and is less bioavailable.

Both fiber (plant material) and dietary fat can make calcium (and any metal like iron, zinc, magnesium, etc.) less bioavailable. The positive metal ions bind to the negatively charged fiber carbohydrates, or to the fatty acids in fats that are released during digestion. Try to take supplements with meals that contain lower amounts of fat and fiber .

Add weight-bearing exercise and about 30 minutes daily in the sunshine (with appropriate UV protection). The sun helps your skin create vitamin D, and the weights put a load on the bone to encourage it to grow. Avoid fish oil supplements made from deep sea fish, as they tend to accumulate organic and heavy metal toxins that end up in the liver from which the oil is extracted. If you can find something not made from liver, your toxin load will be lower (but probably still present).

You should also find a good bone endocrinologist. He or she may recommend high dose vitamin D supplementation (kids, don't try this at home) or a bisphosphonate like Fosamax or Actonel. The treatment depends on how severe the problem is.

eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables. Raw is best, steamed next best, and avoid cooked all together. They are loaded with calcium. next, get plenty of sun, but avoid getting burned. Daily sun exposure is vital for the body to produce vitamin D. If you can't get the sun, take cod liver oil (Carlson's brand) Talk with a natural healthcare provider about taking calcium supplements ( make sure the calcium supplement has magnesium and D in it.Also talk with you natural healthcare provider to get on an exercise program. Lifting weights is one of the best things you can do to help avoid or improve your situation. Putting stress on the bones causes them to become stronger (use it or lose it principle) Wolff's law states that the body will lay down bone wherever you put stress on them. So by lifting weights they become stronger. Be sure to speak with your healthcare provider to make sure you start off at a safe level. Too much too soon can hurt you. Good luck...
you require more of calcium and less of strain except some recommended exercises
u may want to try some calcium supplements and make sure u have alot of calcium and vitamin D in ur diet like milk is good- contains both calcium and D and yogurt and cheese and dark leafs like kale and spinach if u eat that crap. i would deffinately get a supplement to avoid any broken bones in the future.
friend! first i want to tell you that ,you may not behave osteoporosis because it occurs at the age above 40.but it occurs only if like asthma.i think u are suffering from arthritis,
you take treatment of homeopathy only because I've seen many patients who aren't treated good by aurvedic, but homeopathy give them relief.there is no cure for arthritis& osteoporosis .if you are taking drugs asthma minimize the dose or stop it if necessary.
take medicine which would increase cartilage between joints.

If you are a non-vegetarian including lots of fish and chicken in your food, then you should not suffer from the ailment. If you are a pure vegetarian consuming all vegetables, fruits, pulses and edible oils, then also you should not be suffering from osteoporosis especially as you are a male. But if you are a pakhandi vegetarian, i.e. you have no qualms in drinking milk which is derived from cow's blood but avoid osteoporosis preventing vegetables like radish, onion and garlic, then you have no chance of curing your ailment. The day you start including two kgs of onions and half a kilo of garlic well cooked with other food on a monthly basis in your diet and you also start consuming radish, turnip, bitter gourd, beetroot, lotus stem, brinjals and other vegetables and fruits in large quantities and without avoiding many of them on grounds of your not liking their taste, you should start feeling spectacular improvement in your ailment. Side by side you should take atleast half kg of curd with your dinner, drink 4-5 litres of water and walk under the morning sun for half an hour.
