Is it possible for the spine to become unraveled due to osteoporosis or disc disease,i get strange feelings?
"Unraveled"? No, but osteoporosis can cause fractures, some of which can leave you paralyzed, depending where they occur! Disc disease might make you FEEL unraveled, but it's that your spine is out of alignment. Before you go to a chiropractor, see your doctor and have a bone density test and some X-rays (they don't really show bone density, but CAN show any existing fractures and how badly your spine is out of whack).
You might need a supplement to alleviate this condition, or just calcium supplements. If your bone density is okay, then see a chiropractor who does gentle alignments.
Well, your spine isn't coiled so I don't know how it would come unravelled, lol. Your vertebrae are stacked and you could of course have problems with degenerative disks, etc. If you're concerned, see your doc...
No, the spine cannot unravel.Osteoporosis is a disease mainly in older women who are very light (weight) caucasian, and frail. Disc disease is problems with the actual disc, ie herniated or bulging. Only a doctor can advise you regarding any testing, there are lots of them. If you are in pain and have strange feelings in your legs or arms, like numbnes or tingling, go see someone.
I don't no how old you are but if you aren't very up there in age you my have the same problem I had.
Check this out with serious consideration. This will usually at least help if it doesn't take care of your condition(s) all together like it did for me!
Have you tried a Chiropractor for help? You can have undetected nerve compression, it can cause almost any kind health problems from immune disorders to asthma to depression to acid reflex to migraines to allergies even organ failure. Try having your spine examined by a good chiropractor that believes in the power of our central nervous system. Your brain controls every cell and part of your body threw nerve transmissions and if nerves are compressed your body will start to malfunction due to the lack of nerve impulses. Your central nervous system as well as the American diet has a lot to do with the conditions that people suffer from. Most doctors don't even understand our central nervous system therefore they don't know how to properly address conditions with out medications (with a 101 possible side effects) when nerve compression could be the root cause. For eight years I was suicidally hopeless with three young kids, no doctors out of many had a clue as to what was wrong with me and suggested that I was mental because of the many health problems afflicting me. I know the power our central nervous system because I was set free from chronic nerve pain (stinging, stabbing, burning, itching from my eyeballs to my rib cage to my head to toes, literally!) that was all over my body as well as many other health problems after my spine was treated from a good Chiropractor (his goal was to straighten my spine) without medications. Stretching my spine on an inversion table helped the most for me ( Three times a day for about a month I forced my spine to stretch. My spine pop loudly several different times and three weeks later most of my crazy symptoms started going away while nothing else help!). Oil base B-vitamins also helped a lot, there good for nerve transmissions. A lot of problems are also do to vitamin and mineral deficiency problems that doctors are unaware of. Acupuncture believe it or not works wonders for a lot of people too. Just remember it takes time and consistency when going the natural way but has far greater rewards than other methods so don't give up or get discouraged, just be consistent! You will never know what may help if you don't approach your situation with an optimistic open mind and be willing try new things like natural alternatives which has given me my life back when doctors were careless and clueless. Don't ever give up hope, pray for God's guidance and he will help you find the answers as he did for me(when nobody else could), sometimes you have to find your own cure, it's out there just keep searching! Although it might be your spine. I wish I had enough room to tell you my whole personal story! God bless.
