Are clicking bones a sign of osteoporosis?

Answers:    no.

clicking can be from loose ligaments or bubbles popping in synovial fliud.."the cracking knuckles" sound.

Osteoporsis is seen as curvaturves of the the spine similar to kyphosis and in "shortening" of patients height...and in smoothly broken bones.
