Could this be Osteoporosis?
This is a bit of a strange question at my age - 16 - but i'm just curious. I've had tender bones and joints for about a year, tenderness adjectives over my body 80% of the time, especially when touching a bone, occasional cramps in them and i get soreness in my posterior. Abdominal pain, and fatigue are also symptoms, but im not sure if they have anything to do with it. I hold very, very brittle nails, as surrounded by completely bendable.
I don't have any calcium or vitamin D in my diet - i have never have interest in dairy foods or anything containing calcium, and never thought to take suppliments.
I'm not 100% certain on this, but i remember more or less a year and a half ago measuring myself, and i was 5'4. Measuring myself at utter full height now, im 5'3, and 5' when i stand as i usually do - which is with a kind-of hunched wager on, and one leg bent. Simply because it's more comfortable like that.
What could this be?

Could be osteoporosis, but odd for you age, as you said. New studies have been found that if you enjoy a Vitamin D deficiency, you can have all kind of symptoms like the ones you are describing. a bone density test is simple, though expensive, but insurance usually pays and a Vit. D test is a simple blood tryout. Find out now, because at your age if you DO op for some odd reason, you could confidently take bone builders and get your bone density back up. it is harder once you own passed child-bearing age, to build bone. don't wait, check it out. Some of your symptoms sound like fibromyalgia also. especially the agony and achiness. yes, i agree that you need to see a dr, but i part i have trouble next to is that you state...you've never had interest in dairy foods !
Ever since i was a kid and i be told to drink milk for strong teeth and bones, I did it ! I didnt think TWICE because i wanted to be healthy.
I ruminate you should ask yourself why you havent been eating healthy. something might be going on because you know what you should do...but you dont do it !
