Answers: I was unaware of this and found the article extremely interesting and will manifestly go back and have another read so I follow it properly...However I don`t drink milk at all..
I also saw on that site an article about flouride which I have read alot in the region of, equally as interesting a read for people...
Dairy products and the semi dormant laying of fats inwardly the body have been well documented,we enjoy never required cows as a food and would be better off without them in our diets,I own never drunk milk since I was about 10 (I hate the stuff) and enjoy never suffered from any calcium deficiency,we get all the calcium we stipulation from a balanced diet, many seeds and nuts contain really good sourses of calcium,
The site that you link to is rubbish. It is clearly written by somebody with their own agenda to promote something (what, is not fundamentally clear). There is no identity to the site and this should warn you to treat it with caution and beware what it say. Life is often about sorting the good stuff from the rubbish - here's a flawless example of rubbish and a good example of "don't believe everything you read on the internet".
If you want good information go to a site you know.
Of course, it simply occurred to me that you might be the promoter of the site and we have, like sheep, adjectives gone to look at your site. Hmmm?
The article is non-sense. Milk doesn't cause osteoporosis.
However, there is one supplement that they put in milk that does create calcium loss in bones. Vitamin A. You'll find Vitamin A supplement in almost every milk except for Whole Milk. For that reason, I insist on my elderly patients who drink milk to take whole milk only. Avoid low tubby and skim milk.
No, that's absolutely ridiculous. The two things that prevent osteoporosis are calcium(specifically through dairy products) and weight bearing exercise. The amount of calcium you receive through such foods is not excessive and would not impair the body. Believe it! Do you really know what is in milk? Millions of pus cells, a nice amount of cholesterol, fat, growth hormones, and caustic proteins which leeches calcium from bones. Do the research. I drink soy or rice milk.
its not actually the milk that is causing it the document clearly states excessive calcium intake can result in it, and yes i do think it can there is enough evidence to vertebrae it up and i can understand it. It never used to when cows were fed intrinsically. But now with all the pesticides and chemicals the cows are feed is it any wonder why we have weak bones and an epidemic of cancer?
Milk contains calcium which strengthens bones. that was a dutiful read thanks
