Does drinking coffee every morning contribute to osteoporosis? ?

I heard that coffee can cause either calcium or vitamin D to become depleted over time, and thus contributes to debility of the bones. Is this truth?

Answers:    Yes its true. Any caffeinated beverage or chocolate does the same thing.
Its the caffeine, it decreases the digestion of calcium, Vitamin D is needed to help calcium absorb as well that's why milk companies put it contained by milk. But if you live in the South don't worry about getting vitamin D as the sun's rays does like peas in a pod thing by providing Vitamin D.
