Drinking dairy milk cause osteoporosis?

we all learn that milk is good for our bones sinces we be kids
it is one of those necessary food in the food pyramid
but now, some reports speak that drinking milk actually cause osteoporosis!
so i don't really know which is right
it's so confusing

i read somewhere that even Harvard says that it cause osteoporosis?
so is there any evidence or experiment to support that drinking milk prevents osteoporosis?

i drink 2cups of milk every day
i wonder will that be bad

Answers:    I hold never heard such rubbish. Just because Harvard says something doesn't mean it's completely right. Not all research is good. Read the small print, it could be that ONE person within the middle of mexico drinks 700 litres of milk a week and just got osteoporosis, not that if you drink too much you will definately get it.

Take it next to a pinch of salt my dear, there will be another one coming around the corner shortly which proves otherwise.
you drink milk for calcium true! but it will never be absorbed into your bones unless you enjoy vitamin so there is no point in drinking milk for calcium if you never go out into the sun because the sun which provides vitiman D help it absorb the calcium into your bones and you cant get a source of uv through a window =[ but you ead is the best place for the sun's vitiman D to be occupied i hope i helped=] I drink almost a gallon a day, so I'm now concerned about this.
man... i enjoy loads of milk...
