Fish grease for arthritis,EPO for menopausal, calium+D for Osteoporosis, pocket them adjectives together ?

Answers:    If you take calcium, please take magnesium. Magnesium is REQUIRED for the body to utilize the calcium that you intake, irregardless of whether it is in pill form or through dairy products. Otherwise, you are wasting your money on calcium supplements. EPO should be adjectives that is necessary for both arthritis and menopausal symptoms. Make sure you are taking 1000 mg, three times daily of EPO while you are within symptom flare-ups. Then once symptoms are under control, you can eventually drop down to a maintenance dose of 1000 mg once daily.

P.S. If the other poster would read the inserts that come next to the products that he sells to the pharmacies, he would know and be able to advise you properly more or less the use of magnesium and everything else that I've told you. I used to be a Pharm Tech and I did read all this information and discussed it at length with the Pharmacist (by boss); I currently am utilizing it with myself and I've prompted my friends to follow these same suggestions.
