Has anyone tried AlgaeCal for osteoporosis?

Answers:    I've never tried that particular brand, but I've seen a few algae-based Calcium products. Truth be told, an algae source of Calcium may not be the most absorbable form, but it's one of the few that are available from an organic source (which some those like the idea of, but it's usually needed).
Ultimately, though, the most important entity with Calcium is not the type or source. it's what you take with it to help out it's absorption into the body. With any Calcium, make sure you take ingredients resembling Vitamins D and K, Magnesium, Boron, Silica, Zinc, Copper, and/or Ipriflavone as all those help the Calcium get rapt into the bones and not floating around your system where it can cause trouble. Oh, and make sure you don't appropriate more than 600 mg of Calcium at any given point in time since your body can't absorb more than that.
I haven't tried it yet myself but I've read that it's insuperable compared to other calcium products &
they do a full refund if you're not completely satisfied with the results!!
