You can drink milk or calcium-fortified drinks, or even anything that has calcium. Osteoporosis is a bone condition in which your bones become brittle and calcium makes them stronger.

Another mode to prevent osteoporosis is by exercising. The exercise will strengthen the muscles around the bone, thus supporting them so that they don't break.

And once again, eat healthy because its just well brought-up for you :)!
