How can i correlation the elderly osteoporosis disease to country of singapore?

Junk food with too many cereal products which keep proper minerals out of the diet. Lack of excercise(it's a city state where on earth people love to work and relax but don't work out that much). Society does not like going out into the sun resulting in Vitamin D disregulation. Too much sugar surrounded by the diet. Add it all up = osteoperosis
Singapore's economy and infrastructure are growing rapidly, so its elderly population is also emergence to skyrocket.
Also, Southeast Asia has a rice-based food system, which isn't exactly calcium-rich...and there's no room for cows, so its milk and meat products are mostly imported.
