I be just now diagnosed beside osteopenia, the stage past full blown osteoporosis. Know any supplements ?
There are hundreds of supplements I can take but I need one with vitamin D as that help your body absorb the calcium. I would really like to know foods that are high contained by calcium. I have caught this early enough to prevent further hurt and hope to do so.

Get plenty of sunshine and get outside and totter. Weightbearing exercise is the best for this. You can take all the supplements in the world but if you do not gain outside in the sun, they will not help. No doubt you are thin, protect yourself from the sun and stay indoors most of the time and are sedentary. Lifestyle modification is needed if the above is indeed true. I cart 2 tablespoons of cod liver oil. Fish oil has plenty of Vitamin D and Vitamin A. The strength food stores sell this. They also come in capsles. Whole Foods sells it. In the summer with a bathing suit on, lay out within the sun for about 20 minutes everyday. The sunlight converts your body with Vitamin D.
