I own a -3 bone density. The doctor say I hold osteoporosis. Says I should clutch Forteo. Anyone use it?
I am scared because I have read about bone cancer side effects and it doesn't come across like very many empire are happy using Forteo. They have a lot of side effects.
Hon, I found out I have osteo two years ago at age 41. The doctor put me on boniva which is taken once monthly, and I have had no side effects. If you are not happy near the forteo, discuss alternatives with your doctor. Whatever you do, don't neglect this because you need to strengthen your bones beforehand something bad happens.
