I hold osteoporosis and enjoy be taking OTC calcium, Today my doctor said to pilfer Caltrate 600. Why?

How do Calrate, Citrical and a calcium supplement differ?

Answers:    Have you been taking Calcium without magnesium?
You need magnesium for calcium to be held...
this is what I take in a powdered from 1x (a) night surrounded by milk...
I don't have osteoporosis...I do have osteopenia...a precursor to osteoporosis...I do a lot of immensity bearing exercise & work out regularly through my job & classes for strength...
I would talk beside your doc. & ask him/her why he/she is switching you...each person has a different genetic composition...
ALL ONE (Calcium Complex) 1000 mg Calcium & 500 mg Magnesium 1 tbs. per day
SIMPLY ONE (prenatal) one-per-day w/ 1,000 mcg Folic Acid which is good for brain function~this is multi vitamin / mineral supplement (vegan)
It's good not to bear all the herbs in your vitamins, they can interfere near other medications...
This is safe for babies...so, it is safe for adults...
