I WANT osteoporosis?
Yes i want my height o shrink a little, now what can i do to achieve osteoporosis?
thanx.
Answers: Do you mean you want to look like this? Osteoporosis shrinks your height by compressing or fracturing your cervical (neck) vertebrae. This cause kyphosis, or a "Dowager's Hump", and thus makes you shorter. Compressed, crushed, or fractured vertebrae hurt very badly.
This photo is symbolic and gross and is not for the squeamish, but it portrays a woman made shorter by osteoporosis.

You have got to be kidding!! Be cautious what you wish for. Many people, usually women, are diagnosed with osteoporosis latter in life. It leads them to break bones when they stumble, because the bones are so brittle. Go to a website & read all about osteoporosis. I guarantee you, you will change your mind. No, you don't want that. You can break a bone and seriously grasp hurt.
This is by far one of the most idiotic and superficial questions I've seen.
Gods, I can't even believe I'm bothering to explain this!
Osteoporosis is NOT a cosmetic improvement. You can't just get a little bit of Osteoporosis, after once you hit whatever height you are obsessed near, you can just put the brakes on it.
It ought to make you happy that no business how much calcium, exercise, and other things that doctors are telling women to begin doing younger and younger will still not totally prevent Osteoporosis. It's going to happen as you receive older, and hopefully by then you will realize what an outstanding imbecile you are right now.
Osteoporosis doesn't truly shrink you, btw, it makes you hunch over, curving your spine. So imagine a hump versus you magically shrinking to whatever size you quality is appropriate. It isn't going to make you small and dainty, it's going to hunch you over, make you fragile, give you arthritis and other inflammatory diseases.
Honestly, look for a local Osteoporosis group essential you and go to one. LISTEN to them, LOOK at them, but most importantly, don't open your yap unless you want to be pummeled quite righteously by a bunch of cane, walkers, and wheelchairs.
Stoop. um. you need help.
my 7 year ripened nephew has it and the poor little chap goes through so much twinge. i dont know how you can even say such a thing. Live a lot of yrs an no calcium.or freshly walk around on yr knees...
It's too late to have a great effect on things. This is why it's so momentous to bombard children with things.
I can tell you that Fluoride evicts and takes the place of Calcium surrounded by bones,... then this makes the bones brittle later because in that is not a proper consistancy (it's like oil and water, they don't really mix properly.)
So you could try increaseing your Fluoride Intake but at the moment that is considered normal *rolls eyes*
Haveing too much Fluoride in your Diet have been linked to Osteporosis and shattering pelvis/hips.
You should do a little reading previously you ask such questions. Osteoporosis is a serious health problem not a beauty treatment.
Does calcium surrounded by the blood contribute to osteoporosis?
What do you know just about Osteoporosis
Is here any trial drugs for osteoporosis?
thanx.
