Im 26 near osteoporosis. What exercises should I be doing and will this condition prevent me have children?



Answers:    weight bearing exercise, like jog, walking not swimming although its good for u wont do anything for the osteoporosis. i presume ur taking calcium or some other treatment for it. i can sympathise my 23 yr old daughter has osteoporosis contained by her back since age of 18 and has annual bone density scans. its cause by steroids for crohns disease and unfortunately since last scan shes had steroids a great deal so not looking forward to this years one. shouldnt prevent u having children, she had one last year, no probs at adjectives except bit of back ache. good luck
Weight pose exercise... walking, not things like swimming.
You need a high calcium intake.
