Is at hand a clear intertwine between HIV and osteoporosis? I'm 42 and I've be told in that might be a contact.?

My osteoporosis is rather serious (T score -3.5). I need to label sense out of that. It drives me crazy. I'm HIV positive, since exactly when I don't know, probably three years. Are there serious studies on a possible link? I'm on ARVs since June 06. Maybe they also might be the cause?
