Is it typical to own spine tip out out? Also, can you win osteoporosis from not drinking satisfactory milk?

Is it normal to have hair topple out? Like in the shower, when you brush your hair, etc? Just in small amounts, 20-30 strands or so?

If it isn't, what could make happen it? Too long of hair (mine is very fine, normal concentration, and layered, but the longest layers come down to my hips)? Just hormonal changes in a teen's body?

My mum say it's because I don't eat enough meat. (I became a pescetarian [like a lacto-ovo lacto-vegetarian, but I also eat fish and seafood] last August..no real purpose behind it, just had some.erm..really impossible experiences with meat = /.) Is this true?

She also says I have to take care, because of my small bone structure, that I'm more likely to get osteoporosis when I get elder if I don't drink enough milk, which I try to drink enough of, but I don't really like the piece. I tried to tell her that drinking enough milk has little to do next to osteoporosis, that it's really the combination with exercise that prevents it. Am I right in this?

Answers:    Some hair loss is ordinary, people shed several hairs a day, do you hold thyroid problems in the family? Sometimes that can cause down loss.

Strenght training is great at fighting osteoporosis. Especially when you do it for the upper body. Milk isn't the only place to get calcium.. Eggs hold calcium, and other stuff like OJ with the added calcium and vit D. Potassium, and magnesium are all polite for bones. Yes, it's good to drink milk but if you drink the OJ with stuff added and eat other calcium rich foods, you'll be fine
it could be tons things
from hormones to thyroid or not eating right
talk it over with your mom and doctor
Don't know nearly item #1, honey (What's your family history)?
You can get calcium from a number of dairy products, even some vegetables, but you';d hold to look it up. All the exercise in the world won;t replace calcium in your bones, sorry, dear. First off it is commonplace to lose small amount of hair daily its just departed cells and they are being replaced by more dead cell. In some cases it can be related to hormones but that is usually your thyroid and you would lose bigger amounts then what your are saying. There are lots of ways to acquire enough calcium other then milk, such as lots of green leafy veggies, cheese, yogurt etc. if this is a concern then a calcium, magnesium supplement is a angelic alternative as well. As for drinking milk and osteoporosis well it is due to a lack of calcium but it can be bring by lots of other things as well, thyroid, parathyroid etc. and I don't think that it is worse for some body types then others.
i enjoy very long hair also, and mine is really falling out bad too, i observe that my part in my hair is getting wider and i do devour healthy, so I'm going to look back on this and see what others may think would effect this.
