What can I do to avoid getting osteoporosis - don't put away dairy products - I am feminine.?

Answers:    Get calcium from supplements, soy milk, canned salmon with bones, some greens, and broccoli. Search for a list of calcium rich foods contained by addition to the ones I've listed. Also, perform weight-bearing exercises similar to quick walking or running. These activities build bone density. Weight training also builds density, and even small weights get the profession done.
Try going to boots/ chemist, and ask for a supplement. take Calcium pills. Make sure they also have Vitamin D since it helps the body hold calcium.

Like a previous poster said, it's never too late to start eating dairy.
Besides starting to eat dairy you could try calcium pills. I am not sure how antiquated you are but if you are young it is probably not too late to start drinking milk. Plenty of load position exercise like walking. Nuts and leafy veg to raise your magnesium intake. Don't worry give or take a few not eating dairy, make sure you eat plenty of veg.
Calcium, contained by the adult population is not well absorbed in need taking magnesium at the same time. Be careful of takind Vit D without the others as more form issues arise. See a herbalist or practical homeopath for some advice. You need to get your calcium somehow, pills if required. And added vitamin D so your body will accept the calcium. Also exercise that stresses your bones (anything with jumping and thumping =) will give a hand as well.
