Young Adult Osteoporosis?

can any one give me any information on bone density results for young women in here 20's mine are low and i would like to find out if any one has had low results
Low results can go down in young as well as elder people. The 3 most effective ways to prevent osteoporosis are:
1.Plenty of calcium
2.Weight bearing exercises
3.Plenty of Vitamin D (this help with calcium absorption)
Vitamin D is found in fortified milk. Our bodies also produce it when exposed to the sun (although you need to remember to still use sun block when exposed for greater than 10-15 minutes)
If you hold a low bone density increasing all of these will help. As always the best source to answer question about your individual situation though, is your doctor who knows your specific results and how they relate to your over all strength.
