X-stop and fusion for spinal stenosis?
My husband is having surgery for spinal stenosis next month. He is having x-stops placed between a few of his vertabrae to relieve the pressure on the nerves and have one fusion . This is a realatively new procedure. According to the pamphlet he will be in the hosptial overnight and should be feeling relief in a few days. Anyone had this done? However, he is also having a fusion , what can we expect post op for that ( the two procedures will be done at once)
