I need help i had a spinal tap showing 450 high protein?

the neurologist thought gullian barre syndrome but the weakness never progressed any further. then ms but all mris are normal as well as nerve studies 2 wks after initial spinal tap protein is normal but i have pain daily and take pain pills for relief. is ms a possibility with normal mris and for how long i fall often and drop things . im 32 and in great need of a good dr whos willing to take the time to help me before its to lat e. thanks for any help at all
