Is there a natural cure for SPINAL STENOSIS (w/o surgery)?

i have Spinal Stenosis AND Spinal Arthritis. I take pain med. & Muscle relaxers as needed, but do not want prescription drugs. If i stand too long, it's hard to sit; if i sit too long, it's hard to stand ; if i lay down, it takes a while to manuveor to get up. Drs. want to cortisone my back/operate. 50/50 chance of walking. i'm in my 50's, so that is not a consideration. i can't seem to hook up w a natural alternative here....any worthwhile suggestions?!??!

There is no natural cure. There may be natural methods for pain relief but you can't cure it naturally.

It's a physical problem that can only be fixed physically. For example, if you have a ripped pair of jeans, you have to sew them up or patch them. You can't just put a piece of tape on it and call it good.
