I looked up RSD in the Internet and found that Medtronic makes the best implant device and if you look up this site it will give you an option of finding a physician in your area to do the implant. This is mostly done by Pain Clinics.
Are you looking for someone in Kansas? I used to work at the UC Davis Division of Pain Medicine and they did that procedure all the time. Maybe you can call them and ask for a list of physicians in that area.
