Just do not look at the needle and you will be fine. It is a fact that the thoughts of a shot is always worse than the shot itself. Just think that this is all this is.
The nurses and staff will treat you right, they are there to help you, remember that.

They are not that bad. They just put you in a awkward position. You will do just fine. Good luck.
