Doctor, what can I do to ease spinal subluxation?
Besides seeing a chiropractor.
Its midway down my spine and it hurts

Ice pack
1) Take some tylenol. That will help soothe the pain for a while. If it doesn't help, proceed to step 2.
2) Combine 2 tea bags, 3 cups of water (lukewarm), the zest of a lemon, 2 hard boiled eggs, a mashed banana, and 1 cup of orange juice (has to b tropicana). Bring to a boil for 15 minutes, and let cool for 3.5 minutes. Spread on the effected area, and feel the relief. If this doesn't work (which is HIGHLY unlikely) proceed to step 3.
3) Chop your finger off and u wont think about your backpain jk. Go to a chiropractor even if you dont want to. This could be a serious case of vertabretic disfunction which can lead to being paralyzed for life.
Do NOT sse a chiropractor. See an orthopaedic. My dad's friend's daughter went there for her scoliosis. He tried to realign her spine and broke two or three ribs...so don't go to a chiropractor. Get your back X-Rayed for scoliosis. If you have serious pain, you probably need surgery. (Like me.)

Maybe rest, see a physio or hot baths may do the trick.
I really think the best thing you can do is see your GP and ask the experts.
