Which is more important, dental health or spinal health?

Definitely spinal health. A good back is always taken for granted but once gone bad, you will suffer greatly. You need to maintain good dental health, but it is not necessary to function day to day.
Wow, those are two very diverse parts of the body!

Let's see, you can get false teeth, but getting a false spine, now that'd be a real trick.

So I'd say spinal health is more important, but just how the hell you're going to manage your spine's health is beyond my imagination.
spinal health i would much rather be able to sit up then care about my teeth... i mean their important to but your back is more important...
Whilst dental decay can cause a heap of problems - you can always have all your teeth out! A healthy spine is much more important - as they say : ' You are as healthy as your spine'
Unless the infections from your teeth spread to your heart and you die of an infection there, your teeth are not as important.

Having only your spinal health means that you can stand up nice and straight, look people in the eye, and then smile at them with a mouthful of rotting teeth.

All in all I think teeth nudge their way to the top of the list. I am not sure I believe people who say you can always have all your teeth taken out and live a pleasant life or that you don't need to use your teeth every day.
they are both so so important
