Does anyone know anyone who has had a spinal cord injury and had Stem Cell injections?
I am a T8 spinal cord injury and I'm just fetup with all the politics crap in America about stem cells. I am looking into going overseas to get stem cell therapy and want to know who has benefited from stem cell injections and where to go. Screw Bush and his right for life campaign, what about our rights for a normal life, tired of him treating people who need help second rate, the therapy works just want to know where to go, please help.

It's still in the research/experimental phase (that's what Dubya vetoed, research).
I don't know if it's actually being used on humans.

In California and other states we've passed bills to persue this research.
It may be a while before you can benefit; as I say, they need to look into it and see how it goes.
What you might do is keep an eye out on research, and when they ask for human subjects, volunteer.
The vast majority of Americans, BTW, support this research -- over 80% I believe.
