What to do when you get a spinal injury at work to heal the injury?

by expience you need to sue someone, because spinal injury is for life, all your life your back will be in pains, i been there i know, the doctor told me, onece you have a back injury, that the rest of your life there will be pain. it gets worse and worse
you need to go to a neurologist
get a lawyer.
Depending on the extent of the injury, there's not too much you can do other than see a back specialist + rest it in bed for a month or two.. at least I recall that's what was prescribed to a Formula1 driver who did his back in years ago + also when a girl I knew at school did her spine in from jumping off a bridge.
In extreme cases, it may require surgery (though not as bad as the surgery required by my friend in San Francisco who's got a REAL bad case of Scoliosis).
