I just had neurosurgery on my spinal cord and am having therapy at home beginning tomorrow. What can I expect?
My surgery was to remove a tethered cord, fix scoliosis, stenosis and occulta spinal bifida. Surgery was on 4-5, I came on Friday of last week.

I think they will probably do a baseline assessment on you and start out slow. Most likely start with some arm exercises and may when you are stronger leg strengthening if you have that ablity. It isn't gonna be fun but in awhile you will be happy you had it.
