Where do most herniation of spinal discs happen?

I would Like to know what part of the disc most likely herniates the Anterier or posterier

Answers:
Posterior and posterio-lateral are the most common points of herniation. These are anatomically weaker points of entry. This is simply because the site of nerve cord exit is posterio-lateral and often this is why you have nerve cord impingement and symptomatic herniation.

Anterior herniation(toward the stomach) is rare.

Good Luck
I know A LOT of people who have Disk Herniation..
They all have it in their lower backs..
I think near disk L4
