Does anybody know what a Spinal Cord Stimulator does/is?

or does anybody have one? Just curious because I have one and nobody seems to know what they do or what they even are. I have a Spinal Cord Stimulator.

Answers:
I think its a surgically implanted device, that interupts the pain receptors in your spine/nervous system. Its used to treat chronic pain that has been unresponsive to treatment. If you have one, I'm assuming you already know what it does/is... right? try webmd.com for info... or mayoclinic.com. they have lots of data. good luck
