What is the solution for spinal stenosis?

Answers:
There are several ways to treat spinal stenosis, and here are a few to get you started: First, aggressive physical therapy. Sometimes they'll give you a brace to wear and some anti-inflammatory drugs. Next, if all of that doesn't help, they'll administer epidural steroid injections, which by the way are uncomfortable! (at least for me they were) Then maybe they'll try some electronic nerve stimulation.which sounds like sometyhing I wouldn't want..anything from there on would probably include surgery, so good luck!
Personally I am trying yoga. It has been four days and working well so far!
unfortunately spinal stenosis is small openings in your vertebrae that do not give enough room for the nerves and other things that pass through it, the only solution is an operation where the neurosurgeon carves out the openings to allow enough room for these things to be contained without being squeezed. it is effective but carries a certain amount of risks from the surgery. i suggest you contact the highest in ability neurosurgeon and inquire as to whether you are a positive candidate for this procedure.
