My lymphocytes results from a spinal tap were 0, what does that mean?

I had a spinal tap done to rule out meningitis because I had really bad headaches, fever and stiff neck. When they did the tap my results were negative for meningitis but some levels were off. My lymphocytes were 0, carbon dioxide 19, WBC 19, hematacrit 30.5, hemoglobin 9.8 and GFR(?) 89. What does all this mean?

Answers:
Well I think your lymphocytes are antibodies deriving from your lymph nodes,,,hence the word. That may be why your wbc'c are high (White Blood Cells) indicating an infection of some kind. normal white blood cell count is 5-10,000. Your hemoglobin is low for a women, although some people naturally run low. Your hematocrit is based on how much fluid or concentration of fluid vs. red blood cells your blood cell swimming in, that's the simplest way to put it in. Hematocrit are elevated if you are dehydrated, and decrease with overhydration. Can't remember the normal amount at this time. GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) has to do with kidney function such as how much fluid (blood) are your kidneys receiving and how fast is it filtering it.Sorry about your spinal tap, I know they are painful.
If the doctor who gave you the results didn't talk to you about what that means, then they are either not good or lazy.
