Can you bruise your spinal discs?
on my lower back, inbetween two vertabrae, when i push on it, it feels bruised, but only after i do gymnastics. However i did not do anything in particular to hurt it (i.e fall or twist too hard)
is this bad?

There is many other structures in the area that your probably poking at that may be involved. There is small little muscles that could be strained, ligaments holding the vertebrae (may be strained) - its not the discs
Have you talked with your doctor about it? Next time you go it - just mention it
